Do you think that Lelouch loved someone romantically in the end? There have been hints with C.C., Shirley and Kallen.Personally i think that the staff was going with C.C. and Lelouch in the first season and in the second they took the route for Lelouch and Kallen.Shirley was in school and it was hard in the first place.
What is your opinion?

I really don't care what was canon. That's why I enjoy shipping non-canon pairings. I'm going to ship whatever the hell I want because I want to.

Because, to be frank, there are no canon ships with Lelouch. Because he died, and it's been officially stated that he died a virgin. He may have greatly cared about quite a few people, but in the end, he put his plans and his motives ahead of any desire for romance. Arguing over what is more canon is pretty damn ridiculous.

I suppose it is kind of ridiculous, but one can still debate who he was canonically romantically attracted to even if he didn't end up having sex. But I wasn't even doing that here; I was just mentioning that I like it even though it doesn't have canonical basis.

You did, however, bring up "what is more canon" which wasn't necessary at all, since my first comment specifically said that I ship non-canon pairings. It's like telling a person the sky is blue after they just pointed up at the sky and said "looks like it's blue today".

As for debating who he was canonically interested in, I still say it's pointless because no matter how you look at it, no romantic interest mattered enough to Lelouch for him to take time and do anything about it. For the most part, he avoids romantic entanglements in order to accomplish his goals. tl;dr: Nunnally and his goals will always be way more important than anything else, including romance.

But if you're gonna start a conversation about blue skies, don't get mad if I talk about sky colors. I realized in retrospect that what I wrote could easily be read as me dismissing Lelouch/Milly by virtue of it not being canon. I kind of thought my saying "I like it a lot" and "their dynamic is great" would make my position clearer, but I imagine that as a supporter of non-canon pairings you've gotten a lot of flack from people who seem to think that canon pairings are the only worthwhile pairings and/or that you must have somehow missed that it's not canon. So I made my point clearer, but you still sound really, really defensive.
You don't see a point in debating what was canon. Fine. I find it amusing. Romance is not all-or-nothing and just because Lelouch never committed to a relationship doesn't mean there's nothing to talk about.
