As has been said, I really couldn't tell the difference between Kallen and C.C.

Suzaku sounded a little too manly. Johnny holds the possibility of growing on me despite that I didn't much like the way he sounded.

Anyway, C.C. and Kallen are WAY WAY... way too innocent, sweet and soft. I also agree they look EXACTLY the same. Seriously, they're just too cheesy. Suzaku is totally the opposite though... He needs to calm down a bit O_o; Lelouch is perfect! XDD I think this guy will be able to do it actually.

This is true, but you wouldn't pronounce the small "tsu" that denotes a double consonant.
If the creators had intended it that way, it would have been spelled シーッ instead of シーツー, as it is in official CG media.

Most likely, it's one of those things that is pretty much untranslatable (which is why anime is better left undubbed, IMO).

It never sounded like they were saying CC to me anyway. I always hear the "C" sound followed by something that didn't sound the same, so it always puzzled me why it read C.C.
