I have a question about Rollo.
You know how Lelouch's geass only works on a single person once. That severely limits his opportunities and options, especially if he comes across a situation where he already used it on someone. We don't know much about the Emperor's geass except that it can rearrange memories, so I was wondering if Rollo's geass has some price to pay.
He can temporarily stop time (the length he cannot control), but I feel that his geass alone is... still incredibly advantageous. Mao's geass went out of control and drove him crazy because he couldn't turn it off. I dunno, you'd think Rollo's would have some drawback to it. Right now it just doesn't feel fair. Not that it should be, but...
I guess he might be eternally stuck within a moment in time if it gets to that. Or maybe the time he freezes becomes increasingly shorter the more he uses it.
Waiting for weekly episodes is hard. *facepalm*

There probably is a consequence to his geass, or some limitations, we probably won't learn about it until later on - like Lelouch's. I feel it might have something to do with why he's paranoid about the locket, maybe time stops for him for a certain length of time while everything else moves forward, causing him to lose everything, which may be why he prizes his only possession dearly (locket).
My other theory is he's some crazy android/clone/test tube baby, so that's why he wants some family values!
Just my crazy two cents xD;

Lose everything? As in he's stuck within time long enough for everyone he was associated with to be dead? That makes sense. It would make him quite old though, in terms of the ongoing time. Yeah, his time with Lelouch as his younger brother would definitely be precious, especially since he probably is never allowed much freedom outside of assassination.
Well, he'd certainly be an adorable test tube baby. ♥ He grew on me, that darn yandere.

His past is probably also significant since in the Newtype scans with the character designs there are pictures of young!Rollo.
We'll just have to wait and find out ^^

Say when Urabe self destructed himself and Rollo used his Geass just a fraction of a second after Urabe pressed the button, then the explosion would occur anyway. If Kallen was charging towards him with Guren and he used Geass, Kallen would be frozen but Guren would still be charging towards him.
I think it's more than perception as well, he sort of freezes people. When Villetta was leaning forward, it was as if she was going to run towards him, if Rollo froze only her perception of time, she would still be moving forward even in the Geass bubble thing.
Or who knows, maybe he actually does stop time for everything in his Geass-bubble except for water??
He's reminding me a bit of Sai from Naruto xD
