It's out at the official site. Plus it has a link to Pizza Hut. And since the summary for 13 is the exact same one I got from 2ch a while ago, I might just as well as chuck out episode 14's since they're from the same place.

Too braindead to come up with a decent translation. That and the fact that I don't really get the sentence "信念を貫きブリタニアと戦っていく決意をするルルーシュは...". Basically, Lelouch and the Order of Black Knights head towards Cornelia's troops, planning to attack them. Once again, Mr. Lancelot To The Rescue comes and interfers. When they were engaged in a pitched battle on top of Tokyo Tower, Lelouch saw Shirley, who isn't supposed to be there. She was told by a certain someone that Lelouch had something to do with the Order of Black Knights. To find out the truth she went there.

Not knowing whether his secret was revealed, Lelouch chased after Shirley. When asked what he's going to do about it, Lelouch had no answer for C.C. At that time, Shirley met a mysterious man called Mao in Narita. Mao can read people's minds. While being manipulated by Mao, Shirley, for the sake of making up for a certain sin... picked up a gun and shot Lulu.

(And in case you couldn't figure, I was kidding about the shooting part.:DD It's slashed for a reason, and you'll noticed the original summary didn't have anything like シャーリーはある罪を償うために、ルル-シュを撃った。 Plus if it were true, then Guren and Lancelot will be fighting on top of Tokyo Tower. Sorry for any...erm...confusion caused.XD)

bloody like my icon? i want a X-styled bloody lulu *___*

i hope it gets transferred or something... i mean, he can still look at people straight in the eye like that blind captain in bleach, but then he wouldn't know who he's geass-ing XDDD I WANT GEASS NOW. MY INNER TALENT FOR MECHANICS HAS GONE ON A TRIP. AND I NEED IT RIGHT NOW.

I translate '信念を貫きブリタニアと戦っていく決意をするルルーシュは。' as 'In conviction, Lelouch is determined to go through with his battle against Brittania'. It translates a bit oddly, but basically, it's like...that he must be fighting this battle is almost like his core driving belief, I guess.

It's so funny that people still see Lancelot as 'interfering' and don't just accept it for what it simply is; a specialised Frame of the Brittanian army with every developmental and tactical reason to be deployed in every single battle Brittania fights. *shrug* It's not a simple deus ex machina - it's Plot. It does ultimately belong to Schniezel, after all.

I am amused by Mao - the art of him (in this month's magazine's) is cute. He sits like a floppy rag doll. All those long limbs, they just seem to fold up under him. :) It would seem from this he wants a pawn of his own to pick at CC with. XD (I can see him becoming as hated as Suzaku apparently is for this reason! lol!)

I don't know; rabid CC fans will probably be unlikely to give anyone who messes with her the time of day, no matter how cutely dishevelled he looks! XD Both CC and Mao are quite inhuman, I expect, so it's likely that when he does things, they'll be whatever he fancies doing at any given moment. ;)

Online translators go crazy with katakana sometimes! They come up with really funny stuff. My grammar is good enough to get meaning out of most stuff so as I have Mr Kanji Dictionary about. ;) (Though I am recognising a scary amount of military and political type kanji these days due to the shows I watch...O_O)

I don't know that *is* the purpose of Lancelot, you know...I think the Black Knights might think so, and so might the Brittanian army, but I think for Lloyd it's all about the playtesting...XD

Poor bloody Lulu. Shirley isn't going to last much longer I think. Not past episode 15 probably. Can't say I'll be sorry to see her go. Though I do wonder how it'll happen. Will Mao kill her? Lulu kill her? Will she ultimately get herself killed by trying to protect Lulu? While I think she'll be upset that Lulu is Zero, I think in the end she'll forgive him and not turn all Fllay on us.

Poor Lelouch??? I'm no Shirley fan, but I do find it constantly amusing that he gets more sympathy than the relatives of the people he's directly or indirectly killed! lol.

It's because he's a ~bishounen~ It's like that in most fandoms. The morality of the person is often overlooked in the face of that.

i feel so gulity now that i am a supporter of lelouch.

Oh, I wouldn't be! XD It's just a lot of people try to excuse his behaviour a lot of the time because they find him handsome which amuses me. Nothing wrong with liking him for whatever reason, but I just don't think it's necessary to try to smooth away all the ambiguity that makes him interesting in order to like him! :D

haha.......i like lelouch because he has a very interesting personality.

He certainly is; I think he's one of the most interesting protagonists I've seen! Though...I do have a bit of a sneaky laugh when he falls on his backside, on behalf of orange Jeramiah kun. ;)

fall on his backside? which episode is that?
Date/Time: 2007-01-13 20:14 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] thomasvye.livejournal.com
I don't mean literally; I mean every time something bad happens to him or his plans go wrong. >:) Karmic payback for being exactly like the people he hates the most. ;)
Date/Time: 2007-01-14 08:59 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] kazune1988.livejournal.com
oh, so that's what you mean. ya, you can't get away with killing people, like kira sama.
Date/Time: 2007-01-11 16:05 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] zalem.livejournal.com
Well being shot by one's supposed friend/love interest does suck very much imho. Though she does have cause to shoot him of course.
Date/Time: 2007-01-11 16:45 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] thomasvye.livejournal.com
Being shot kinda sucked for Clovis too; karmic payback is always a bitch. XDDD
Date/Time: 2007-01-11 17:31 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] zalem.livejournal.com
Considering the things that Clovis did, I can't say I'm all that sorry for him. Lulu hasn't done anything even remotely close to what Clovis did. Clovis ruthlessly killed all those people in the shinjuku ghetto. Lelouch, on the otherhand, has said outright that civilians shouldn't be involved. But the reality of war is that civilians will be hurt even when you try to avoid it. But at least he's made the effort. Of course, that's not to say that Lelouch won't eventually become the monster that his half-brother was. That could very well be his future. We will see how he deals with Shirley, that might give us more insight into what his character will become.

Clovis ruthlessly killed all those people in the shinjuku ghetto.

Lol, I've had this argument before. Lelouch ruthlessly killed all those Japan Liberation Front soldiers in his landslide. Pawns, you see. Dispensible in the bigger game.

What can't be disputed is that in killing an helpless unarmed target at point blank range (who hadn't even done the thing Lelouch actually wanted to kill him for - it wasn't about Shinjuku really, was it), Lelouch demonstrated he's every bit as ruthless as the rest of his family already.

I don't dislike him at all, don't get me wrong. I am just curious about why people feel the need to airbrush all his sins away when they're what make him interesting protagonist.
Date/Time: 2007-01-11 18:06 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] zalem.livejournal.com
The landslide certainly was ruthless....but still not quite on the level of murdering little children and old people like Clovis did. ^^;;;

Oh don't get me wrong...I don't view Lelouch as some shining hero that can do no wrong. He can be very cold and calculating. He does use people like chess pieces. But I also think he has a bit more humanity to him and is not quite at the level of Clovis. However, I do think it's only a matter of time. Which makes it all the more interesting....he hates his father and siblings for their beliefs and the way they act, but is slowly becoming more and more like them. Enough to make daddy very proud. It will be amusing to see the moment when this all dawns on him.

But yeah, Lulu killed him more to send a message rather then because he cared about the Shinjuku incident and Clovis had nothing to do with his mother's death. Very cold blooded no doubt about it. But I think I'm also biased on the matter because I just really, really don't like Clovis and wasn't sad to see him go. ^_^;;;;
Date/Time: 2007-01-11 18:37 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] thomasvye.livejournal.com
Well it's interesting; I could say I pity Clovis, not because he was a good person (which he wasn't) but because he too was a victim of his circumstances. In another life, he'd just have been a vain little drama queen artist and no trouble to anyone. XD But sadly, he was a Prince and a crap one at that. Hosting social functions would be about all he was good for. (I can't wait to see Schneizel. >:) I think his shiny smile hides an altogether more Machiavellian brain).

I absolutely love it that Lelouch gets more and more like his Father all the time. XDDD It would make him sooooo mad. But it's absolutely true! And I think you're right; Daddy would be very proud of Lelouch. Which would also *really* piss Lelouch off!
