It's pretty hard to tell, but I was watching it again and noticed that it looks like the driver's got a white one, even though it's pretty faint. This is the .mkv version of gg's subs, so it might just look that way, but until someone can see on a blu-ray or DVD, chances look pretty slim that's Lulu.
Shame, I was doodling him in what I can remember of the cart outfit today...

...Sure that's not just QUALITY? I don't blame animators for not giving someone who's on-screen for what, three seconds total and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT detail. Aside from that, it just looks like lighting.

I'm a fan of the Lelouch is dead plot...thing, but that's not enough to completely debunk the Utena-style twist thing deal.
