Oh, there might be some spoilers lurking here. Just a warning.

That said, I think we need a break from "OMG SO SAD!" topics or "I'M GOING TO MISS GEASS!" Or the eternal "Is Lelouch dead or alive?" debate (Which I will probably never make my mind up on >.>) So, this is a topic about remembering the good moments of Geass.

So, here's some discussion questions, if you will: (You don't have to answer all of them. Just pick some, or come up with your own discussion, whatever.)

1. What got you into Geass?

So, here's my answers to get us started, if anyone wishes to reply to them:
1. Saw it on someone's siggy in a CLAMP forum in '07. Thought since it was drawn by CLAMP, it was worth a shot.
2. All of Season 1 was out at the time.
3. LULU'S EPIC EPISODE 1 GRIN, OMG.
4. Tie between Lulu and Suzaku. And Rolo for R2.
5. Stage 25, Turn 21. Of all time...Turn 21, probably.
6. Everyone's grey area morality. And OH FUCK YES did they continue it this season.
7. Allright with it. I cried BUCKETS when Lulu died, but whether he is actually dead or lives, I will be content.
11. GEASS, FUCK YEAH.

1. It's sad to say, but I knew about CG when it was finished (S1), why? Because of it's opening, aka Hitomi no Tsubasa, I loved it, I've loved Access since I can remember and I decided to give it a try.
Besides that, also I was told CLAMP designed the characyers, one more point to get me into the series.

3. Uhm, everything I guess, specially music and drawings/plot.

4. Lelouch all the way, since I knew him he became my new God XD and OMFG Rolo, then C.C. and then Kallen.

5. I guess the last episodes, aka 25 from S1 and 25 from R2...and maybe episode 19 from R2 when poor little Rolo died ;________;

6. Well, the plot was amazingly constructed and the music+drawings WOOT made me go crazy. I guess the music improved for R2, specially Hitomi's songs.

7. Yes, I cried and Lelouch is still GOD.

8. It's ok I guess, only for Zero's will and sake.

9. When I finish this semester I will.

the only episode I can say I really loved was the one where lelouch geass' people to do a buncha crazy shit. DO SOME PUSH UPS. I wish, out of all of the memes, that would've been one.

I hated this show with a passion after the ass n' fail of season one. I didn't start watching r2 until it was around the 12th episode.

7. Are you happy with the ending?
yes and no. I'm glad it's over, but the series didn't live out to it's full potential.

8. Zerozaku = FTW?
honestly surprised me as the final boss.

1. What got you into Geass?
My friend was asking me what avatar she should use next, and she mentioned a "Lelouch" from an anime called Code Geass, and showed me a picture. AND IT WENT FROM THERE. Oh, and a cosplayer I watch on deviantART had been cosplaying as Lelouch for a while.

2. At the time you got into it, how many episodes were already out?
D: The entire season one was finished, and R2 episode 12 was the latest. xD;

3. What part got you hooked?
Lelouch's intellect, determination, good looks, and sexy evil smile. The whole Death Note-y feel of it; obtaining a power, and by using it creating a new world - but it was for the sake of someone, not just a selfish thing. -cough-LightYagami-cough-

4. Who was your favorite character in S1? R2?
I WILL ALWAYS LOVE LELOUCH. Oh, I love you, too, Rolo. :] And of course, my wonder witch, C.C.! Kallen is awesome as well, but I just wish she didn't interfere with the Lulu x C.C. moments (except for that one R2 episode, where she walks in and C.C.'s telling Lulu to take his clothes off). Oh, I loved Suzaku, too, because of his relationship with Lulu, but for the majority of R2, I was blinded. ;o;

5. What was your favorite episode of S1? Of R2? Of ALL TIME?
S1: 6, the one where we see nekkid Lulu in the shower, and...uh...
R2: 12, 19, 25
ALL TIME: 25 - because it makes me so sad. ;________;

6. What did you first love about the series, and did that aspect continue in R2?
Lulu's intellect, and the absolute LULZ of the crack episodes. xD Oh, did it continue in R2? Of course, but because Lulu was setting up the world to hate him, I had my doubts. OH! And the whole semi-unselfishness of Lulu's goal. :'3

7. Are you happy with the ending?
Quite satisfied, yes. But I wish we knew what C.C.'s real name was.

8. Zerozaku = FTW?
Not really, but okay. Spinzaku tops.

Most likely; if I'm totally obsessed like this, I'll be loving this series for a very, very long time.

WHY MUST YOU QUESTION MY ABSOLUTE LOYALTY? It is DEFINITELY in my top three, though what anime the other two are, I have no idea because I don't watch that many anime. SO YES for now, because I don't know any other current anime that will take over. BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER! ;___;

1. I asked for suggestions and someone said "Code Geass, look out for Suzaku and Lelouch, shit's gay" or something like that. Of course, being the fangirl I am, I watched the first episode, and of course delicious shota Suzaku & Lelouch did it for me~
2. 1-23 of S1.
3. Ever since the first episode, but it was just some 'improved DN' until episode 6. It was so cute, I was amused.
4. S1: Lulu, Kallen, Suzaku. S2: Lulu, Shirley, Schneizel. Kannon deserves an honorable mention because I like what little is known about him.
5. I loved all of S1. As for R2, 12, 13, 17, 21. Of all time... maybe S1 6 (ALL HAIL BRITANNIA!), 12 or 20. For fangirl purposes, 17.5 :3
6. The fact that they could focus on the really well-developed characters and still keep an interesting story. There was comedy, then there was drama, and war, and magic. I like how they were always poking fun on themselves too. (e.g.: witch luvs pizza, cat haets suzaku, crippled loli bondage, etc) I think some of it changed, sadly.
7. It's okay I guess.

9. When school lets me do it, sure.
10. HELL YEAH! Okay, maybe not, but it holds a special place on my heart.

1. What got you into Geass? Quite a few friends talking about it, and CLAMP did help.

2. At the time you got into it, how many episodes were already out? S1 was out, I got into it about two-three months before R2 came out.

3. What part got you hooked? Everything :) I did a torrent with all of season one, and everything just added to the mystery and the fun <3 I couldn't wait to find out more!

4. Who was your favorite character in S1? R2? Suzaku, Suzaku~ XD One of these I will be crazy and have free time and write some essays on the boy. I like him as a character, but yes a chunk of this does tie into how fucked up the kid is. Makes me want to cuddle him even as I wait on the edge of my seat to see what new train wreak they're gonna throw at him.

5. What was your favorite episode of S1? Of R2? Of ALL TIME? Oh god, haaaard to say. 6 and 24-25 from S1 I guess, while 8, 13, 25, and 17-19 of R2 have a special place for me. 7 of R2 always makes me laugh in some ways, but it's also a turning point for Lulu. Fav ep is just too hard to say, there's so much I liked about so many various episodes.

My favorite scene is Euphie's death I think, the juxtaposition of it all and just how much it kills me every time.

6. What did you first love about the series, and did that aspect continue in R2? How things weren't just dropped, Clovis got so much mention after his death! I was so happy to see Kallen's mom during the last ep, I thought she would just be a plot point ignored after she'd done her role of giving Kallen tragic back story XD Mind, other times they can forget, but overall~ Just little details like that make the world so much more alive for me :)

7. Are you happy with the ending? Yes, so much better then what the posts were making it sound like! For how rushed the last half of R2 was, that was a beautiful ending. I've already rewatched the episode about three times in the past twelve hours.

8. Zerozaku = FTW?

9.Going to marathon all episodes soon? Uh, in theory. Part of that has to do with a friend I'm trying to get into the series, mind I already have another friend who I'm sloooowly watching S1 with. She mostly sees it with me, we're about to ep 19.

10. Will you continue to love this series forever and ever? ..........the fact my .hack collection is the only bigger one I have says something I think. It's not quite as dear to me as .hack or Sukisho, not quite sure why, but this is something I'll still love twenty+ years down the road I'm pretty sure.

11. Code Geass = BEST ANIME OF ALL TIME? Not quite, but most certainly one of the better ones :) I doubt I'll run into one as good anytime soon.
