Maybe the first time was a fluke, but this is the SECOND TIME Lelouch has looked DIRECTLY at Rolo with his geass!eye and Rolo hasn't been affected. WTF? Did Lelouch use his geass on Rolo already? I can't fathom what it could be for, since Rolo is already so devoted to him...

I can order people to do things, such as "kill Japanese".
There's an order in the bracket.
It's about Japanese grammer. One of the many tenses in verbs is "request tense" (something like that. I don't know the proper term). And Lelouch used that tense when making examples.

Now that he know his geass is permately on, he can avoid giving orders by not saying anything in request tense at all.

In Lost Colors, that's how Rai prevent geassing people all the time after his geass lost control. (In Britannia chapter.)

In the game you lost because this geass symbol of the "command type" geass(Lelouch's and Rai's) doesn't fly out until after an order is given.
But Rolo can activate his geass as soon as he wants to. So his geass activated first.
In that scene, the red light (geass) flows from Rolo's side to Rai's side, which means Rai didn't have a chance to say his order before Rolo froze him.

The difference is Lelouch wasn't ordering Rolo to do anything (i.e. "Good job" does not really translate to a command). I don't think Rolo's looking him directly in the eye when he starts suggesting the massacre of the cult. The question Lelouch posed to Euphie was structured accidentally as a command. Sort of like "even if I ordered you to kill all Japanese people*Geass kicks in*

They once directly copied something I translated from 2ch and posted on Gamefaqs (ignoring the big letters that said DO NOT COPY THIS and the message about spreading it around) and posted on /a/ without citing me, 2ch, or any source whatsoever. It was on AS before I realized what happened >_>

If you're looking for spoilers, you're better off looking at GameFaqs (more preferable) or AS rather than /a/.
